BEVERLY SHINES IN NAIJA AS SHE WEDS

One of Ghana’s fastest rising actresses, Beverly Afaglo who was recently nominated as best actress in the comedy feature film “Am About To Wed “has won the award. Beverly Afaglo won over her colleague Funmi Eko of 'soul sistas' and Nkem Ike who also played the leading role in 'comfort zone'.
The Screen Diva who returned to Ghana early Monday morning expressed her appreciation to all Ghanaians most of all to her fans for their immense support through encouragement.
She told ShowGhana.Com that winning the award will enhance her presence in the make-believe industry and hopes with this award more professional scripts will be coming her way.
Terracotta Awards is a new Phenomenon in this millennium which seeks to stand out from the crowd through the depth and quality of event outputs, coupled with processes which among others will have deep cultural, intellectual and tourism content. Being the first Nigerian Film and Television Awards, it is the bold activation of a dynamic process which primarily aims at fulfilling a positive agenda.
John Dumelo another Ghanaian Actor also picked up an award as the Best Actor in the male category.He was however not present to receive the award himself since he was not available.
